Ordering
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is simple:
- Use the product search or vehicle quick tabs to choose your make, model, and year.
- Browse available parts and click “ADD TO CART”.
- Click “CHECKOUT”, select Pick-Up or Delivery, and enter your postcode to calculate shipping.
- Enter your contact and delivery details.
- Choose your payment method — Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and more.
- Submit your order and receive a confirmation and tax invoice by email.
Where do I get my Tax Invoice?
Your invoice will be emailed to you automatically after successful payment.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — but only before it ships. Contact us immediately. Once shipped, cancellation and return fees may apply.
How can I check my order status?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your item is dispatched.
How do I change the delivery address on my order?
Only before payment. After payment, please contact us urgently to see if we can assist.
Shipping & Pick-Up
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day of receiving confirmed payment. Delivery times vary by state and region which are listed below (please note these are estimates only):

Note: No orders are dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor your delivery.
Which couriers do you use?
We use a range of global & local couriers to ensure you get the best freight rates possible as well as getting the item safely to your address. Some of the main carriers include Australia Post, Startrack, TNT (Fedex), TGE (Team Global Express), Northline & Many more!
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship directly to New Zealand, visit our New Zealand Online Store for more details www.carparts2u.co.nz
Can I pick up my item from a pick up location and save on postage costs?
Yes we do have a pick up option available. If ordering online select Pick-Up at checkout. Please note some items may need to be transferred from alternate stock warehouses which can take up to a day. Our team will notify you when it’s ready or alternatively feel free to contact us on 02 4721 0206 to confirm availability and ETA if urgent.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for unused parts in original packaging. Special order items may be excluded. Return shipping is at the buyer’s cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Email returns@carparts2u.com.au with your order number. We’ll provide return instructions and support throughout the process.
Can I exchange a part for a different one?
Yes, provided it’s still new and unused. Contact us to arrange for the correct part.
I received the wrong item or it’s missing parts. What do I do?
Please contact us straight away and we’ll assist you to resolve this in the quickest and friendliest way possible.
Warranty & Security
Do your parts come with a warranty?
Yes. All parts include a standard manufacturer warranty up to 12 months. Warranty details are listed on each product page.
Is your website secure?
Yes. Our website is powered by Shopify, a globally trusted e-commerce platform with Level 1 PCI DSS compliance — the highest level of payment security certification. We use:

Are your parts genuine or aftermarket?
We offer both genuine OEM and high-quality aftermarket parts. Product listings state whether the product is aftermarket or genuine.
Do you offer a fitment guarantee?
Yes. If our team confirms the part based on your details, we guarantee fitment. We only stock the highest quality aftermarket products, if you have an issue with fitment let us know & we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How do I know if the part fits my car?
Use the vehicle filter system to confirm the correct parts compatibility for your car or if you’re still unsure contact us with your VIN, rego, or vehicle details. Our team will confirm compatibility for you.
