🚚 When Will My Order Be Shipped?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day of receiving cleared payment.
Note: Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery progress.

🏷️ Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you select ‘Yes’ to Authority to Leave during checkout, your parcel may be left at your address without requiring a signature.
By choosing this option, you agree that:
- The parcel is deemed delivered once left at your premises.
- Carparts2u and our courier partners are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery.
If you do not select ATL, someone will need to be present to accept delivery.

Absolutely! We offer a click & collect service from our NSW warehouse.
To arrange pickup:
- Select “Pick-Up” at checkout.
- Some items may need to be transferred from another warehouse (allow up to 1 business day).
- We’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
