How do I place an order?

There are a few simple steps to placing an order. The first step is selecting a part to purchase, this can be done through either the product search or the car make quick tab. For the product search first click on the make & model of the car followed by the year of car. This will take you to the parts that are available for this particular model. For the car make quick tab click onto the make of the car, this will display a list of models & once the model is selected it will provide you with a range of year models for that selected vehicle range. Once you have found the part you are after, you can click the "ADD TO CART" button which will put the item into your shopping cart.


Once you have selected all the parts required, click the checkout button. Once you are the checkout stage you will be required to select the PICK UP or DELIVERY option. If you select delivery you will be required to enter your postcode & press calculate. This will calculate your delivery cost and add it to the order. Once this process is completed press the CHECKOUT button to continue to the next stage. Next you will be required to fill out your details for delivery including name, address & contact details. Once these details have been entered continue to the payment method where you can pay via our secure checkout through VISA, MASTERCARD or PAYPAL. Once the order has been submitted and paid for you will receive an email confirmation.

Where do I get my Tax Invoice?

We will send your tax invoice to your email once the order has been confirmed and paid.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel or change your order before you have submitted your payment. Once the order is submitted, it goes straight to our warehouse for processing. If you wish to change or cancel your order after payment, please email us as soon as possible so that we can assist you with this. If the item has already been shipped, charges will apply for cancelation and return changes.

Can I change my payment method?

We have a range of different payment options to choose from at checkout. Unfortunately, you can’t change your payment method after you have ordered your item. However if you email us as soon as possible, we can try to cancel the item for you so that you can place a new order.

How can I check my order status?

Once we have confirmed your payment, and your item has been shipped out you will receive an email with your specific tracking number and the courier company the order has been sent with. You can track your item on the selected courier companies website

How do I change the delivery address on my order?

Your delivery address can only be changed before payment of the item. To do this, you can click EDIT which will allow you to change your address. Alternatively you can contact us to change the address for you.

How do I find you? Where's your phone number?

Rest assured, we have a call Centre with the best available parts interpreters for any enquries. So if you don't see the part you are looking for feel free to call us, we have access to over 50,000 parts.Our email response team is also available to respond to any questions.c

When will you ship out my order?

We endeavour to ship your order as soon as possible.  After we have confirmed your payment, we strive to dispatch your order within one working day. Depending on your location you could be looking at anything from 1-14 business days for your order to arrive. There are no dispatches or deliveries during weekends or public holidays, but we will send a tracking number to your email as soon as we ship your item so you know that it’s safely in transit.

What courier system do you use?

We use a number of different courier companies to ensure your part gets to your chosen address. We use the following freight companies:

I’ve received a different item to what I’ve ordered/ My item is missing parts!

Please contact us straight away and we’ll assist you to resolve this in the quickest and friendliest way possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally 

Can I pick up my item from a pick up location and save on postage costs?

Yes. Not all of our products are stocked at our pick up location, we have a number of stock warehouses which we may need to have transferred to our pick up location for a pick up. To organise a pick up you can select this option when ordering online or over the phone. Once paid for our sales team will advise you when your part is available to be picked up from the pick up location

Our professional parts interpreters will help you at anytime via phone or email to help you with your decision making process. If you contact our customer service centre, our friendly and supportive agents will endeavour to respond to you as quickly as possible and answer your query.

Can I reserve or hold an item?

Our amazingly low prices means that items sell out fast.  Due to the nature of being an online store, we’re unable to hold items or provide lay-by services so it's best to get in quick!
